Using the PTP FlexiBand is easy. Before your workout, you can use it to warm up your muscles. Just loop the band around your foot and hold the ends with your hands to stretch your legs. For your upper body, you can loop it around your back and pull the ends forward to stretch your shoulders. After your workout, use it to cool down and relax your muscles in the same way. When using the band, make sure not to stretch it too forcefully beyond your comfort level to avoid injury. To maintain the band, keep it in a cool, dry place away from sharp objects. If it gets dirty, you can wash it gently with mild soap and water and let it air - dry.
