Weight: 85 grams Min. rope diameter: 8 mm Max. rope diameter: 11 mm Sheave type: sealed ball bearings Sheave diameter: 25 mm Efficiency: 91 % Working load: 2.5 kN x 2 = 5 kN Breaking strength: 7.5 kN x 2 = 15 kN Working load as progress capture pulley: 2.5 kN Breaking strength as progress capture pulley: 4 kN Material(s): aluminum, steel, stainless steel, nylon Certification(s): CE EN 567, UIAA

Using the Petzl Micro Traxion Pulley is easy. If you want to use it as a progress - capture pulley, just leave the cam in its normal position. When you need a simple pulley, press the upper button to lock the cam in the open position. This pulley works well with ropes between 8mm and 11mm in diameter. Whether your ropes are frozen or muddy, the rope clamp will still hold them securely. When using, always make sure the working load doesn't exceed the specified limits (2.5 kN as a progress - capture pulley and 5 kN in normal pulley use). Check the breaking strength and never overload it. For maintenance, clean the pulley regularly, especially after use in dirty or wet conditions. Wipe off any mud or ice. Store it in a dry place. If you notice any signs of wear on the aluminum sheave or the steel parts, don't use it until you've had it inspected by a professional. Also, make sure to check the certifications regularly to ensure the pulley is still compliant with safety standards.
