Product Detail

The Rock Exotica V5 rigging plate is a highly versatile piece of equipment designed to fit seamlessly over the outer leg of the Arizona Vortex. It offers additional connection points for pulleys, carabiners, and other hardware used with the Vortex. This plate is a perfect fit for the leg section, and two V5 plates can be easily connected via a carabiner to create nearly 180 degrees of rigging holes. Made in the USA and meeting NFPA 'G' Certification, it provides reliable performance. The 25 mm holes are large enough to allow the barrel of most carabiners to pass through. The large hole is designed to fit snugly over the outer leg of the Arizona Vortex. It's an ideal rigging plate for rescue applications. CNC milled from a solid block of aluminum, it has an excellent strength - to - weight ratio. It's also friendly to ropes and hardware. Specifications include a height of 149 mm, a width of 197 mm, a weight of 310 g, 5 connection eyes, a strength of 36 kN, and it's certified to meet NFPA 'G' EN 795B:2012.

Using the Rock Exotica V5 rigging plate is easy. First, find the outer leg of your Arizona Vortex and place the large hole of the plate over it. It should fit perfectly. Then, you can attach your pulleys, carabiners, or other hardware through the 25 mm holes. If you need more rigging options, connect two V5 plates with a carabiner. When using it for rescue applications, make sure all connections are secure. As for maintenance, after each use, check the plate for any signs of damage or wear. Clean it with a mild soap and water solution if it gets dirty. Keep it in a dry place when not in use to prevent rust or corrosion. And always remember, this plate meets NFPA 'G' Certification, so it's built to high - quality standards, but proper use and maintenance are still key to its long - term performance.
