Using the GEAR AID Snap Bar Buckle is very easy. First, when you find a broken side - release buckle on your clothing or gear like a dry bag, there's no need to sew. Simply take the Snap Bar Buckle. If your webbing is 3/4” or 1” wide, it will fit perfectly. Just snap the buckle in place where the old one was. You don't have to rip apart the webbing, which saves you a lot of time and effort.
As for maintenance, since it's made in the USA, it's built to last. But it's still a good idea to clean it regularly with a damp cloth to keep it in good condition. Also, avoid exposing it to extreme heat or harsh chemicals as this could damage the buckle. If you notice any signs of wear, replace it promptly to ensure your gear functions properly.
