Strategically placed vents ensure excellent breathability. It features a low - profile suspension system and a chin strap for a comfortable fit. How to use: Put on the helmet and adjust the low - profile suspension system and chin strap to fit your head comfortably. Attach your headlamp to the integrated clips if needed. Make sure the helmet covers the sides and back of your head well. Notes: Don't use the helmet if it has visible cracks or damage. Avoid exposing it to extreme heat or chemicals.
