Product Detail

The Butterfly Arteria bike seat is specially crafted for women's bodies. Thanks to the Terry 3 Zone Comfort Concept, its wide and forward - slanted relief channel effectively distributes and eases pressure on the genital area while sitting. Without gel inserts, the standard version fits sit bone widths from 9 to 12 cm. Sports scientist and ergonomist Dr. Kim Tofaute designed all saddles with a dynamic shape and an athletic look. The padding's thickness and firmness are precisely adjusted for each model. The gender - specific, anatomical adjustment is optimized, greatly reducing pressure in critical areas for both men and women. All models in the Sport, Fitness, and Touring Series are available in 2 different widths for both genders. The saddle has a standard width of 9 cm – 12 cm, Comfort Foam padding, a WeatherMax DuraSilk upper material/cover, CroMo black rails, and weighs 260 g.

Using this bike seat is easy. Just make sure it's properly installed on your bike. When you're riding, adjust your position on the seat to find the most comfortable spot. This will help the relief channel do its job in reducing pressure on your genital area. Remember, since it doesn't have gel inserts, the comfort mainly comes from the well - adjusted padding. Avoid sitting on the seat when it's dirty or wet, as it might damage the WeatherMax DuraSilk cover. To maintain it, clean the seat regularly with a mild soap and water. Wipe it dry thoroughly. If the rails start to look rusty, you can use a bit of lubricant to keep them in good condition. Also, check the tightness of the seat on your bike from time to time to ensure a safe and comfortable ride.
