3D-PRINTED PADDING

Thanks to the advancement of digital 3D printing, we've developed a new saddle without the restrictions of traditional production. The Adaptive saddle padding is made by Carbon using their revolutionary Digital Light Synthesis technology. This additive manufacturing process uses digital ultraviolet light projection, oxygen permeable optics, and programmable liquid resins to create parts with great mechanical properties, high resolution, and a smooth surface finish.

TAILORED ZONAL CUSHIONING

With Carbon technology, biomechanics experts and engineers can design multiple functional zones in the saddle. Each zone is tuned separately for specific mechanical properties. These key functional zones provide distinct cushioning and mechanical responses, smoothly joined together in the same padding. The result is a 60% reduction in peak pressure through better weight distribution, ensuring comfort across the entire saddle surface.

DESIGN, TEST, RIDE

To create the perfect Adaptive comfort zones, we studied the riding positions and pressure points of both professional and amateur cyclists in our labs and on different roads, gravel tracks, and trails. During development, we carefully tested new versions, focusing on how pressure patterns change with different bike geometries, riding positions, and surface types.

LONG-LASTING PERFORMANCE

This saddle is super easy to clean. Just hose it off with water, even if it's covered in road dirt, gravel dust, or trail spray. We've put it through tough tests, simulating accelerated weathering, UV aging, and wear resistance according to strict protocols.
