Product Detail

Check out the Tiger Wall Carbon from Big Agnes on Vimeo. We've crafted this tent from the well - known Tiger Wall model, using Easton® carbon fiber poles and Dyneema® Composite Fabrics. The result is an amazing two - door, free - standing tent that can handle tough weather better than any other tent out there. This tent features two doors and two vestibules with storm flaps on the vestibule zippers. Its single - pole design makes setting up and taking down a breeze. The dual - zipper doors close smoothly, allowing you to enter easily. The structured foot - end corners give you more useful space between your feet and the tent wall. Dyneema® Composite Fabric is a top - notch brand for Ultra - High Molecular Weight Polyethylene. It's incredibly light, 100% waterproof, and highly stable. It won't stretch or sag with temperature changes. Its special structure gives it high tear - strength and allows for welded construction, which gets rid of seams and the need for seam tape, making the tent more durable and waterproof. There's a Quick Stash door keeper on the tent body door, so stowing the unzipped door is fast and simple. The oversized ceiling pocket offers great storage space. We suggest using a Big Agnes footprint (sold separately) to extend the life of your tent floor. In terms of construction and materials, the fly and floor are made of ultra - lightweight Dyneema® Composite Fabrics, which are 100% waterproof and dimensionally stable. The tent body is made of breathable nylon ripstop. The welded construction eliminates seams and seam tape. The Easton® carbon fiber poles are light, flexible, and have a high strength - to - weight ratio. It comes with 2 interior mesh pockets, 1 oversized mesh pocket with two cord - routing portals, and 8 DAC superlight aluminum J stakes. A footprint is sold separately, and a Dyneema® patch kit is included. Specs include a trail weight of 822g, a packed weight of 936g, a fast fly weight of 652g, a packed size of 15 x 47cm, a floor area of 38sq ft / 3.5m², vestibule areas of 0.7m² each, a footprint weight of 142g. It's a 3 - season tent with 2 doors, perfect for fast and light adventures.

Using the Big Agnes Tiger Wall 3 Carbon tent is easy. First, find a flat and dry spot for your tent. Unpack it and use the single - pole architecture to set it up. The single - pole design makes this process simple and quick. Attach the fly and make sure the storm flaps on the vestibule zippers are in place. When entering the tent, the dual - zipper doors will close smoothly. You can use the Quick Stash door keeper to stow the unzipped door when you don't need it. The oversized ceiling pocket and interior mesh pockets are great for storing your small items. For maintenance, always dry the tent thoroughly before packing it away. This helps prevent mold and mildew. If you use the tent in rainy conditions, the Dyneema® Composite Fabric and welded construction will keep you dry, but it's still a good idea to check for any signs of wear after each use. The included Dyneema® patch kit can be used to fix any small tears. Remember to use the Big Agnes footprint (sold separately) under the tent floor. This will protect the floor and extend the tent's lifespan. Also, keep in mind that the tent is designed for fast and light 3 - season use, so avoid using it in extreme winter conditions.
