Using this Big Agnes bikepacking tent is a breeze. First, unpack the tent and lay it out on a flat surface. Set up the 12' Shortstik Poleset, which is designed to be easily packed on your bike. Attach the poles to the tent using the TipLok Tent Buckle™ for a quick setup. Zip up the dual - zipper doors, and use the storm flaps on the vestibule zippers to protect against the elements.
When it comes to storage, use the oversized ceiling pocket and interior loops to hang your gear. You can also route your earbud cords through the media pockets for a tidy setup. If you have the extended footprint, attach it to create a dry area for changing and storing your stuff.
Here are some important things to keep in mind. Make sure the ground is level before setting up the tent to avoid any discomfort. When packing the tent, be careful not to damage the ultralight fabric. Also, don't forget to stake down the tent properly using the Dirt Dagger UL Tent Stakes to keep it stable in windy conditions.
For maintenance, after each use, shake off any dirt and debris. If it gets wet, dry it thoroughly before packing it away. You can spot - clean the tent with a mild detergent if needed. This will help keep your tent in good condition for many adventures to come.
