Product Detail

The JR Gear Explorer 100 Sleeping Bag is a top - notch choice for adventure racers. It features PrimaLoft insulation. The top is filled with PrimaLoft Gold (100g/m2) and the bottom with PrimaLoft Black (40g/m2), offering excellent insulation while keeping the weight down. The mummy shape is stretchy and very comfortable. The sleeping bag is made of 15D nylon fabric. To save more weight, the zipper opening is removed. There's a pillow pocket in the hood and the hood comes with a drawcord. It also includes a double - collar compression stuff bag. The filling weight is 100g. With a temperature rating certified under ISO 23557 - 1, it has a T extreme of 25˚F / - 4˚C, a T limit of 46˚F / 8˚C, and a T comfort of 54˚F / 12˚C. It weighs about 14.1 oz / 400g on average and has a packed size of ø5'x9' / ø13x23cm. The dimensions are 82”x31”x20” / 208x78x50cm (Mummy).

Using your JR Gear Explorer 100 Sleeping Bag is easy. First, take it out of the compression stuff bag and let it fluff up for a bit. Then, unroll it on your sleeping area. Slip inside and adjust the drawcord on the hood for a snug fit. You can put your pillow in the pillow pocket for extra comfort. When it comes to cleaning, it's best to follow the care instructions on the label. Usually, you can use a mild detergent and wash it on a gentle cycle. After washing, let it dry thoroughly. Avoid storing it compressed for long periods, as this can damage the insulation. Instead, store it in a loose, airy place. Also, make sure it's completely dry before storing to prevent mold and mildew.
