Product Detail

The Big Agnes McKinnis is an incredibly versatile and lightweight sleeping bag, perfect for both travel and use as a sleeping bag liner. When the temperature is just right, it serves as a cozy standalone layer. And when your regular sleeping bag or comforter can't provide enough warmth, it adds an extra layer of insulation. Filled with highly compressible DownTek™ insulation, this bag is an ideal travel partner for long flights, unexpected rest stops like airport terminals, or as a safety layer in your camping gear or backpack. Key features include lightweight insulation, making it great for summer backpacking or adding warmth to your existing sleeping bag. It can be used as a minimalist travel bag, a liner, or an over bag. It not only keeps your sleeping bag clean and protected but also adds warmth. The DownTek™ water-repellent down repels water while retaining its insulating value. The 3/4 zip allows for ventilation when needed and thermal protection when not. It comes with a 45' YKK #3 zipper, a minimalist cinch hood closure, and hooks at the head and foot for easy attachment to sleeping bag liner loops. A nylon stuff sack is included. Specifications: Bag Weight 454g, Fill Weight 170g, Compressed Bag Size 11 cm x 17 cm, Stuff Sack Size 10 cm x 28 cm, Bag Length 208 cm, Shoulder Girth 152 cm, Foot Girth 127 cm.

Using your Big Agnes McKinnis sleeping bag is super easy. For travel, simply pack it in the included nylon stuff sack and take it with you on long flights or when you need a quick rest at an airport terminal. When camping, you can use it as a standalone bag when the weather is mild, or zip it inside your regular sleeping bag for extra warmth. To attach it to your sleeping bag liner, use the hooks at the head and foot to connect to the liner loops. When it comes to care, try to keep it dry as much as possible thanks to the DownTek™ water-repellent down, but if it does get wet, let it dry thoroughly in a well - ventilated area. Avoid over - stuffing it in the stuff sack for long periods as this can damage the insulation. Also, don't use harsh chemicals when cleaning. If it gets dirty, spot - clean it gently with a mild detergent and let it air dry.
