How to use: Slip your feet into the shoes and tie the laces to your preferred tightness. These shoes are great for trail running, all - day running on trails, and hiking. Just put them on and start exploring the outdoors!
Note: Make sure the laces are tied securely to avoid tripping. If you have wide feet, the roomy toe box will be a great fit, but still check the fit before a long run.
Maintenance: After each use, remove any dirt or debris from the shoes. You can use a soft brush to clean the mesh upper. Let the shoes air dry naturally. Avoid putting them in the dryer as it may damage the materials.
