You can choose to either clip or screw it in place. It has a special energy - absorbing swivel eye lanyard attachment that stops snaphook roll - out. With a proper travel restraint lanyard and harness system, the Spyda Anchor keeps you from going past the fall edge. Features: - Super easy to install and remove. - You can clamp it on 'clip - fix' decks or screw it on 'pierce - fixed' decks. - Fully adjustable pivot arms with multiple slotted fixing points fit various roof deck profiles. - Its unique energy - absorbing swivel eye attachment removes the risk of snaphook roll - out. - Distributes the load evenly on the anchor and structure during a fall. It's fall - arrest rated at 22kN according to AS/NZS 1891.4. - Lightweight, portable, and easy to move around (less than 10kg). - Folds up small and can be carried in a bag. Installation: Thanks to its unique design and advanced fabrication, installation is a breeze. You have two options: screw it with (6) x 14g/75mm Tek screws to the roof support structure or clamp it with (4) x deck clamps (you need to buy the clamps separately as they're not included). All fixings and seals come in the package, and it can also be fixed to concrete roofs.

How to use: First, decide whether you want to use the screw - fix or clamp - on option for installation. If you choose the screw - fix, use the provided Tek screws to attach the anchor to the roof support structure. For the clamp - on option, buy the deck clamps separately and mount them to the roof deck. Once installed, attach your lanyard to the energy - absorbing swivel eye attachment point and connect your harness. This will keep you safe while working at heights. Things to note: Make sure all fixings are tight before using the anchor. Check the fall - arrest rating and ensure it meets your safety requirements. When using the clamp - on option, buy the correct deck clamps. Maintenance: Regularly inspect the anchor for any signs of wear or damage, like cracks or loose parts. Clean it with a mild detergent and water if it gets dirty. Store it in a dry place when not in use to prevent rust and corrosion.
