Using this Trekmates inflatable pillow is a breeze. First, open the stuff bag and take out the pillow. Unzip the inflation valve and blow air into the internal TPU bladder until it reaches your desired firmness, then close the valve. When you're done using it, open the valve to let the air out, roll it up, and put it back in the stuff bag. As for maintenance, keep it away from sharp objects to avoid puncturing the TPU bladder. If it gets dirty, you can gently wipe the outer polyester cover with a damp cloth. Don't machine wash it, as it might damage the internal structure.
