Product Detail

Take a significant leap in comfort with this Camp Safety GT chest harness, specifically crafted for technical rope access workers. The design of its structure and padding is carefully shaped to provide optimal ergonomics, with special attention given to the neck area. The double height adjustment feature, both at the front and back, enables workers to precisely customize the fit. It comes with a patented HMS Belay Lock connector that has an anti - rotation system, ensuring a secure connection to the sit harness. There's also a tension strap for neatly securing a chest ascender. The harness is equipped with aluminum alloy attachment rings and has two attachment points: one at the front sternum and one at the back. It's designed to be used in combination with GT Sit, Access Sit, and Tree Access harnesses for fall arrest. Available in two sizes. Size 1 weighs 610 g and fits heights from 55 to 75 cm (S - L), while Size 2 weighs 650 g and fits heights from 65 to 85 cm (L - XXL).

Using the Camp Safety GT chest harness is straightforward. First, adjust the double height adjustment straps at the front and back to get a perfect fit for your body. Then, connect the patented HMS Belay Lock connector to your sit harness, making sure the anti - rotation system is in place for a secure attachment. If you need to use a chest ascender, use the tension strap to secure it neatly. When using it in combination with GT Sit, Access Sit, or Tree Access harnesses for fall arrest, always double - check all connections. As for maintenance, regularly inspect the harness for any signs of wear and tear, such as frayed straps or damaged rings. Keep it clean and dry, and store it in a cool, dry place when not in use. Do not expose it to extreme heat or chemicals, as this can damage the materials. If you notice any significant damage, stop using the harness immediately and replace it.
