Using the Fenix HP30 Headlamp is easy. First, insert the appropriate batteries (either two 18650 batteries or four CR123A batteries) into the battery box. Make sure to install them correctly to avoid reverse polarity. Then, attach the battery box to your belt or wherever you prefer. The headlamp can be tilted up to 60 degrees, so adjust it to the angle that suits your needs.
You can switch between different lighting modes to get the right amount of light. The detachable diffuser lens gives you the option of a spot or flood beam. If you need to power other devices like a GPS or a phone, use the USB port on the battery box.
When it comes to maintenance, keep the headlamp clean. Wipe the lens with a soft cloth to maintain its clarity. If you're not using the headlamp for a long time, remove the batteries to prevent corrosion. Also, use the lockout function to avoid accidental activation when the headlamp is in your bag or storage. Remember, the batteries are sold separately, so make sure to stock up on them for continuous use.
