Product Detail

Revitalize your GORE-TEX gear and extend its lifespan with Gear Aid’s Tenacious Tape™ GORE-TEX® Fabric Patches. Fixing your GORE-TEX and WINDSTOPPER® fabrics has never been a breeze! Each patch kit comes with two adhesive-backed GORE-TEX® fabric repair patches. These pressure-sensitive patches can be trimmed to fit any hole, rip, or tear. Ideal for waterproof-breathable jackets, pants, boots, camping gear, rainwear, and backpacks. Patch and go without the need for heat for quick and long-lasting repairs at home or in the field. When your GORE-TEX® gets damaged, don't fret. Simply use this amazing fabric repair kit! The patches are made from GORE-TEX® fabric. Each kit includes one 6.4cm x 7.1cm hexagon patch and one 6.4cm x 10.2cm rectangle patch. You can use an iron to enhance the bond strength and durability of the patch. And it's proudly made in the USA.

Using these patches is super easy. First, clean the area around the hole, rip, or tear on your GORE - TEX gear. Then, cut the pressure - sensitive patch to the right size and shape for the damage. Peel off the backing and stick the patch firmly onto the damaged area. Press it down well to ensure a good bond. If you want a stronger and longer - lasting fix, you can use an iron on a low - heat setting over the patch. Just be careful not to overheat. When it comes to maintenance, avoid using harsh chemicals on the patched area. Wash your gear gently as you normally would. These patches are made in the USA and are designed to last, but proper care will keep them in top condition.
