Instructions
Put the Boot Bananas in your shoes when you're not using them. For the best results, make them part of your shoe care routine. They're great for new shoes to stop odors from starting.
Banana Care
To get the most out of your Boot Bananas, take good care of them. Dry them out regularly. After a tough workout, if they've soaked up a lot of sweat, hang them in the sun or near a radiator. How often you dry them depends on how much you sweat, but we suggest doing it every 1 to 2 weeks. If you forget, have two pairs and rotate them so one is always drying. Make sure to take them out of your shoes when drying. Don't expose them to extreme cold. If they get cold, follow the drying steps and give them a squeeze if the ingredients have compacted. You can store them in the zip - lock bag when not in use, but make sure they're dry first.
How Ripe
Cotton is a breathable fabric that helps the deodorisers absorb moisture and neutralize odors. But it can change color, and your Boot Bananas may turn brown over time, especially with frequent use. They'll still work even if they're a bit brown, and you can use this color change to tell how much moisture they've absorbed. Replace them when it makes sense. Some rock boots can dye the bananas, but this won't affect their performance. We recommend replacing Boot Bananas every 6 - 12 months. If you don't care for them, they may not last as long.
