The TOPEAK TetraRack R1 Front is an outstanding quick - mount front rack system tailored for road, cross, hybrid, or touring bikes with rigid forks. Its one - size - fits - all design features an innovative top plate that can adjust to a level position regardless of the fork angle. The integrated QuickTrack® system enables Topeak TrunkBags to slide into place, lock securely, and release with just a button push. The unique hook and loop strap mounting system cinches tightly, keeping your load stable and allowing for installation on a wide variety of bikes. Note that this rack is not suitable for carbon forks and seat stays, and it's incompatible with front or rear V - Brake type systems. The strut slot adjustments let you level the rack top plate regardless of the fork angle. Adjustable straps with padded feet firmly attach the rack to the fork legs. It's compatible with Topeak QuickTrack® system bags. An included clamp allows you to mount a reflector. It fits front fork widths from 75 - 105mm. Using the TOPEAK TetraRack R1 Front is easy. First, check that your bike has a rigid fork and the front fork width is between 75 - 105mm. Use the hook and loop straps to attach the rack to the fork. Adjust the strut slots to make the top plate level, no matter what the fork angle is. If you have a Topeak TrunkBag, use the QuickTrack® system to slide it onto the rack and lock it in place with a simple button push. You can also use the included clamp to mount a reflector. When loading your items, make sure not to exceed the 7kg (15lb) weight limit. As for maintenance, keep it clean by wiping it down with a damp cloth regularly. Avoid using abrasive cleaners.
