Technical details
Dimensions: 383x115.5 mm
Weight: 25.5 g
Material: 0.8 mm PP (Polypropylene)
Front rail attachment
Since 2014, all Ass Savers attach only to the front saddle rails, in front of the seat post attachment. This provides a better fit for a wider range of saddles and makes the Ass Saver self - centering. If you accidentally nudge it, it will return to the centered position. This innovation is protected by a pending patent (No. SE PRV 1750201 - 4).
FLIP - TIP™
Using origami - like principles, the patent - pending FLIP - TIP™ technology lets you easily attach the Ass Saver to the saddle with a simple flip, like adjusting a cycling cap. To remove, just flip the tip back and pull back. It's fully compatible with all carbon saddle rails.
Saddle bag compatibility
The new Ass Saver is much easier to install with a saddle bag compared to previous models. While a perfect fit with all saddle bags isn't guaranteed, there's significantly less interference.
Pre - folding
The key to making this flat plastic piece work is pre - folding. All the scoring lines are carefully designed for locking, self - centering, spring - loading, and material durability. Read the instructions or watch the video for the best performance.

Using the Ass Savers Big Spectrum Digital Edition Mudguard is a breeze. First, take a look at the pre - folding lines on the mudguard. These are crucial for it to work properly, so make sure to fold it according to the instructions or watch the instruction video. It's designed to attach to the front saddle rails only, ahead of the seat post attachment. Use the innovative FLIP - TIP™ technology to secure it. Just flip the tip like you would adjust a cycling cap, and it's locked in place. To remove it, flip the tip back and pull backwards. This mudguard is compatible with carbon rails and most standard rail saddles. It suits tire widths between 30 - 50 mm, making it great for gravel biking, MTB, or daily commuting. When using it with a saddle bag, you'll find it much easier to install compared to previous models, though there's no guarantee of a perfect fit with all saddle bags. As for maintenance, since it's made of 0.8 mm PP (Polypropylene), you can simply wipe it clean with a damp cloth after a ride. Keep it away from sharp objects to prevent damage. If it gets accidentally knocked out of place, don't worry, it's self - centering and will try to return to its proper position.
