The 3L membrane has a waterproof rating of 10,000 WP and a moisture - vapor transmission rate of 5,000 MVTR, keeping your kids dry and comfortable. How to use: Just put the jacket on your kids like a regular jacket. The integrated hood can be pulled up when it's cold or rainy. Adjust the cuffs with the Velcro to fit your kids' wrists properly.
