Using this harness is easy. First, select the right size for you, either Medium-X-Large or XX-Large. Put on the harness and use the quick-connect buckles on the waist, chest, and legs to adjust it for a proper and secure fit. Make sure the attachment points are connected correctly before starting your work. When working, the breathable mesh fabric will keep you cool and dry, and the tool loops on the chest let you keep your tools handy. For safety, always check the fall indicators regularly. If they show any signs of damage, stop using the harness immediately. To maintain the harness, clean it with mild soap and water after use. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Remember, the helmet is not included, so you need to wear your own for full protection.
