Product Detail

Enjoy the best of both worlds with the Salt Creek SL free-standing tent series. This tent comes with three doors: two side doors with double vestibule storage and one head-entry door with an awning-style entrance. It's a fully-equipped backpacking tent that ticks all the boxes. Features: - A well-designed tent with three doors - two side doors with vestibules and a head-entry door with an awning. The over-vertical side walls offer maximum head and shoulder room, making it one of the most user-friendly backpacking tents. - The front entry drop-down door with an awning-style vestibule provides extra ventilation on hot summer nights, an additional escape route, or extra storage for pets and gear. - A four-way DAC hub creates vertical walls to increase living space. - Two dual-zipper side doors and two vestibules with storm flaps on the vestibule zippers. - The dual-zipper door closes smoothly and allows for easy entry. You can use just one zipper for quick access. - The Quick Stash door keeper on the tent body door makes it easy to stow the unzipped door. - Media pockets enable clean earbud-cord routing from phones or other devices. - The 3-D bin pocket uses the dead space above your feet for plenty of storage. - One fly vent increases airflow and reduces condensation. - The Low Vent feature on the vestibule doors allows more air flow while still covering the vestibule. - It's ready to pitch, with pre-cut guylines and tensioners attached to the fly. - Reflective guylines and webbing on the tent corners. - Multiple interior loops for attaching gear lofts, accessories, and mtnGLO® Tent & Camp Lights. - To extend the life of your tent floor, we suggest using a Big Agnes footprint - sold separately. Specifications: - Size: 3 Person - Trail Weight: 2.13 kg - Packed Weight: 2.32 kg - Fast Fly Weight: 1.67 kg - Packed Size: 55 x 18 cm - Floor Area: 3.90m² - Head Height: 119 cm - Vestibule Area: 0.84m² - Number of Seasons: 3 - Number of Doors: 3

Using your Big Agnes Salt Creek SL 3 Tent is a breeze. First, find a flat and dry spot for pitching. Since the tent comes with pre - cut guylines and tensioners attached to the fly, it's ready to be set up quickly. Unpack the tent and lay it out, then attach the poles to form the structure. Secure the guylines to keep the tent stable. When it comes to entering and exiting, the dual - zipper side doors are great. You can use one zipper for a quick reach - through or both for full access. The head - entry door with the awning - style entrance is convenient, especially when you want to keep things dry. During hot summer nights, open the front entry drop - down door with the awning - style vestibule for extra ventilation. You can also use this area to store your pets or gear. For storage, make use of the 3 - D bin pocket above your feet and the dual vestibules. The media pockets are handy for routing earbud cords cleanly from your devices. Some important notes: Always use a Big Agnes footprint (sold separately) to protect the tent floor and extend its lifespan. When packing up, make sure the tent is dry to prevent mold and mildew. If there are any reflective guylines or webbing on the tent corners, be careful not to damage them. To maintain your tent, after each use, shake off any dirt or debris. Periodically check the zippers, seams, and poles for any signs of wear and tear. If there are any minor damages, you can use a repair kit to fix them. Store the tent in a cool, dry place when not in use.
