The front buckle sternum straps have sliding rail adjustments. All external back pockets are accessible while wearing the vest, including an upper water - resistant pocket, a waterproof lower pocket with left and right zippered entries, and a small waterproof stash pocket. The waterproof main pocket has a zippered clamshell opening. There's one waterproof and one water - resistant shoulder stash pocket for pills and small items. It also has PLB pockets for GPS locator devices. There's a front bottle pocket and a zippered multipurpose pocket that can fit a bottle, along with two zippered front lat pockets. Volume (Cubic In): 1037.4029, Volume (Liters): 16.5. Materials include 100% silicone coated nylon and 82% nylon 12% spandex. It's reservoir compatible, and weighs 10.5822 oz.

Using this Ultimate Direction Adventure Vesta 6.0 is a breeze. First, adjust the front buckle sternum straps using the sliding rails to get a comfortable fit. If you're going on a trek, use the hooks and bungee loops to attach your trekking poles at the front or back as you like. You can store your phone in the front chest water - resistant pocket. Put your water reservoir in the large rear compartment. When it comes to storage, use the various pockets for different items. Keep small things like pills in the shoulder stash pockets, and you can put bottles in the front bottle or multipurpose pockets. As for maintenance, after each use, make sure to empty all the pockets and let the vest dry completely, especially if it gets wet. If there are any stains, gently wash it with mild detergent. Always check the zippers and cords regularly to ensure they're in good condition.
