Aku Rock DFS II GTX Shoes

These shoes are perfect for technical approaches, light climbing, via ferrata, and hiking on mountain trails, even in rainy conditions. They're an upgraded version of the Rock model, with better technical fit. The upper part is made of 1.6 mm suede, abrasion - resistant microfibre, and AIR8000® fabric, and has a rubber guard that wraps around to protect the wedge when climbing. The asymmetrical dual - density EVA and PU midsole uses the AKU Elica Natural Stride System for better biodynamic efficiency. With the Dual Fit System double lacing, you can customize the fit. There's a traditional lace for comfort during the approach and a fast lacing for more sensitivity and precision when climbing, even on small holds. The Vibram Approach sole with Megagrip compound offers maximum grip, thanks to its climbing - specific design. The upper protection is a rubber rand, the lining is GORE - TEX® Extended Comfort, and the footbed is an Ortholite® Hybrid that's partially recycled. Men's half - pair weighs 398 grams.

How to use: Tie the traditional lace for a comfortable fit when you're walking towards the climbing area or hiking on trails. Switch to the fast lacing when you start climbing to increase sensitivity. These shoes are suitable for various mountain activities. Just put them on like normal shoes and start your adventure. Note: Don't use these shoes for extreme climbing that they're not designed for. Avoid sharp objects that could damage the upper. Maintenance: After use, clean the shoes with a soft brush and mild soap. Let them dry naturally, away from direct heat. If the laces get dirty, you can remove and wash them separately.
