Using the Verticalboard One is easy. First, mount it securely on a wall using the 8 screws provided. You can start with basic hangs on the different grips to get a feel for the board. For one - arm workouts, use the central handle. If you want to do more advanced exercises, attach a band to the central handle. The magnetic wedges can be added to reduce the hold depth and increase the difficulty. When you're not using the wedges, store them on the magnetic supports on the sides of the board. As for maintenance, keep the board dry and clean. Wipe it down after each use to prevent dirt and sweat from building up. If the wood starts to look dry, you can apply a light wood oil.
