Product Detail

Get your hands on this amazing set of six full - sized, lightweight quickdraws! Ideal for trad, alpine, and ice climbing, these quickdraws offer great value for money. The top and bottom carabiners are hot - forged and feature wire gates. These wire gates prevent gate flutter and freezing in cold winter weather. The hooded nose allows for seamless clipping and unclipping. The bottom carabiner comes with a rubber O - ring, which holds it in the right position and makes it easier to clip the rope. The 16 mm polyamide webbing is highly durable. Each carabiner is individually tested to withstand a strength of 10 kN. With a weight of just 83 g, made from light alloy and polyamide, these quickdraws have a sling strength of 22 kN and carabiner strengths of 26 - 8 - 11 kN. The sling width is 16 mm, length is 11 cm, and the gate opening is 22 mm.

Using these quickdraws is easy. First, clip the top carabiner to the climbing protection, like a bolt or a cam. Then, use the bottom carabiner to clip your climbing rope. The rubber O - ring on the bottom carabiner will help keep it in the right position and make clipping the rope a breeze. When using them in winter, don't worry about the wire gates freezing up or fluttering. Just make sure to check each carabiner for any signs of damage before each climb. Each carabiner has been tested for strength, but it's always good to be extra careful. After your climb, clean the quickdraws with a mild soap and water. Dry them thoroughly to prevent any corrosion. Store them in a cool, dry place to keep them in good condition for your next adventure.
