Using your Bell Spark 2 MIPS bike helmet is easy. First, choose the right size for your head according to the size chart. Then, adjust the Ergo Fit™ system to make sure the helmet fits snugly but comfortably. You can also adjust the visor to block the sun or add goggles if needed. When riding, always fasten the straps properly using the No - Twist Tri - Glides™. As for maintenance, clean the helmet regularly with a mild soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemicals. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If the helmet has been in an accident, replace it immediately as its protective ability may be compromised.
