Acepac Bar Drybag MkIII

This waterproof drybag comes in 8L or 16L capacities and is made to work with the Bar Harness. It can also be used alone as a waterproof equipment carrier. The drybag features a lightweight webbing chain, velcro, and plastic hooks for easy and reliable attachment to the harness. Its main material is Nylon Robic with TPU lamination, a durable and lightweight fabric with taped seams. Stressed seams are reinforced with a zigzag stitch, and all threads are polyester with a large fiber diameter for maximum strength. There's a chain at the bottom of the bag for attaching it to the side compression straps of the backpack, which is great for transporting the bag on uneven terrain and can also hold other gear like tent poles outside the bag under the harness compression straps, preventing them from slipping and hitting the wheel. Note that the Bar Harness is not included. Weights are 195g and 255g, dimensions are ø 15 x 45 cm and ø 18.5 x 60 cm, and volumes are 8L and 16L.

Using the Acepac MkIII Bar Drybag is simple. If you have the Bar Harness, use the lightweight webbing chain, velcro, and plastic hooks to attach the drybag to it. If not, you can use it on its own to keep your equipment dry. When using it with a backpack, attach the chain at the bottom of the bag to the side compression straps. This helps when you're on uneven ground and can also be used to carry items like tent poles outside the bag. Just make sure to secure them well so they don't slip. As for maintenance, after each use, dry the bag thoroughly to prevent mold. Store it in a cool, dry place. Avoid sharp objects that could tear the Nylon Robic material. And remember, the Bar Harness is not included with the drybag.
