• Specially crafted for skinny ropes. It offers enhanced performance with the latest skinny ropes that have become very popular recently.
• Can be set up in auto - block mode for belaying two climbers easily.
• The diagonal cable stops the rope from rubbing and getting jammed.
The Più 2.0 is engineered to work superbly with modern skinny ropes. It uses a variable notched design with smooth teeth on the brake side and narrower rope slots. This allows it to grip skinny ropes with more friction compared to other tube - style devices. Other great features are the ability to set it in auto - block mode for belaying two climbers. It has a large rigging hole enabling a locking carabiner to rotate fully. There's also a specially shaped hole that fits the nose of a keylock carabiner (made for HMS Nitro and HMS Compact Lock carabiners). If a second climber locks the device in auto - block mode, this carabiner can be used as a lever to release tension.

Using the Camp PIU 2 Belay Device is easy. First, make sure you're using it with skinny ropes as it's designed for them. To set it up in auto - block mode for belaying two climbers, follow the proper rigging steps. When using the large rigging hole, insert the locking carabiner and ensure it can rotate freely. If you're using a keylock carabiner like the HMS Nitro or HMS Compact Lock, fit its nose into the specially shaped hole. In case a second climber locks the device in auto - block mode, you can use the carabiner as a lever to release tension. As for maintenance, regularly check the diagonal cable and the rope slots for any signs of wear. Keep it clean and dry after use to ensure it performs well for a long time. Remember, always follow safety guidelines when using this belay device.
