Beal Air Step

The Beal Air Step is an adjustable footloop equipped with a rapid adjustment system around the foot, designed for ascending fixed ropes with an ascender. It features a quick adjusting system with an ON/OFF function. When in the ON position, the user's foot remains securely locked in the footloop. In the OFF position, the adjustment system disengages, leaving the foot free. A large buckle makes it easy to adjust the footloop, even when wearing gloves. A stiffener in the loop helps to insert the foot smoothly. It is reinforced with webbing to resist abrasion. Made of Polyamide, it measures 53 - 63cm and weighs 75g.

Using the Beal Air Step is easy. First, make sure the adjustment system is in the OFF position. Then, place your foot into the loop with the help of the stiffener. Once your foot is in, you can switch the system to the ON position to lock your foot securely. The large buckle allows you to adjust the tightness of the footloop, which is convenient even if you're wearing gloves. When using it for ascending fixed ropes, always check that the footloop is properly adjusted and locked. After use, clean the footloop with a mild soap and water. Store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain its quality. Avoid sharp objects that could damage the webbing reinforcement.
